I know that you have heard about Bread Pakora, but I am sure that this menu you have not seen or taste before. It is much better and tasty than normal Bread Pakora. So friends try this item :
Items
Bread : 6 Pcs (Sliced)
Potato : 2 Pcs (boiled medium size)
Onion : 1 Pcs. medium size (chopped in small pieces)
Tomatto :
1 pc.
Green Mirch : 6 Pcs. (chopped)
Garlic : Paste (as per requirement)
Ginger : Paste (as per requirement)
Biscuit : Powdered (Preferably Merry biscuit)
Salt, Sugar, Zeera, Refined oil as per requirement
Process
At first cut the brown border of the breads. Add some water to make a soft mound with these breads. Now add everything with the bread. Make some finger like shape with this mixture. Roll it with biscuit power. Now fry it in Refined oil till the colour of the Pakora becomes brown. Now your Bread Pakora or paurutir chop is ready to serve.Bread Pakora (পাউরুটির চপ ) |

Bengali Mutton Curry (মাংসের ঝোল)
Hi friends ! This is Bangaliyana's first post. Today we are going to learn how to cook Mutton Curry in pure Bengali way!
Items :
Mutton : 500 gm
Potato : 5 Pcs (cut into 2 pcs and fry with oil)
Onion : 2 Pcs. medium size (cutted it in small pieces as per the
picture)
Tomatto :
1 pc.
Green Mirch : 6 Pcs.
(Paste)
Garlic : 10 pcs (Paste)
Ginger : Paste (as per requirement)
Tez pata : 2
pcs.
Elaichi : 2 pcs.
Salt, Sugar, Haldi, Zeera, Kashmere
mirch (for color), Mustard oil as per requirement
Process :
At first clear the muttons. Mixed it with onion, green mirch paste, garlic, ginger, tez pata, sugar, salt, haldi, zeera, kashmere mirch, tomatto. Add oil. All put in a Handi. Cover it and put it on overn with medium flame. Stirr ocassionally. After half an hour add water and fried potatos and cook till the muttons and potatos boiled properly. Add elaichi and one tea spoon Ghee.
Your mutton curry is ready for serve.
